The Legal Basis Of Islamic Shariah About Wearing The Hijab For Muslim Women

Hijab is an important part of the Shari'ah to be implemented by a Muslim. He is not just an identity or a decoration only and is not a barrier for a Muslim to carry out life activities. Using the hijab in accordance with the guidance of the Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam is required of every Muslim, just like any other devotions such as prayer, fasting is obligatory for every Muslim. He is not a separate obligation due to local conditions as stated by some people (because Arabic was dusty, hot, and so on). He is also not the obligation to a specific community (who have children the hajj, or religious school).

The command to wear the hijab for Muslim women has Allah says in His noble book of the Qur'an and hadith apostles. They will not go to heaven and will not smell it. And where a group of men with those who carry whips like the tails of cows they use to beat up or whipping the servants of Allah "

Muslim hadith number 2128, which reads:

"Narrated by Abu Hurayrah from the Prophet peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him: There are two groups of experts hell that I've never seen them A man who has a whip / whip like cows. They whipped the man with him and the women who dressed but naked, rocking and waddle, their heads (something) like a hump camels swayed. They will not go to heaven and will not smell the smell of paradise when it can smell from a distance for so and so "

Meanwhile, another hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad 2 / 223 reads:

"At the end of my Ummah will appear men who climbed the saddle like men, they took to the mosque - the mosque, the women like they are dressed but naked, on their heads (something) like a graceful camel hump . Anathema to them, because they are women who are accursed "

"And it is not fitting for a believing man nor for a believing woman when Allah and His Messenger has determined a statute (affair) will be there for those other choices about their affairs. And whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger, then indeed he has gone astray, lost the real "(Al-Ahzab: 36)

If a servant has gone astray so that became her constant companion is the devil.

Because in this world there are only two choices to be servants of Allah (obey the commands and prohibitions and follow the Sunnah away from the Prophet) or servant of the devil that is to follow his desires and comply with the devil's call to leave the call of Allah and His apostles. If his desires had been complied with and followed the Satan who would become his faithful friend that forbid him from His guidance and His direction. As His Word:

"Those who turn away from the teaching of the Lord of the Merciful (al-Qur'an) we have put her demons to (mislead) the devil that is the friend who was always with him. And verily demons really hinder them from the right path and they think that they got a clue "(Az-Zukhruf :36-37)

Often we hear about the discordant tones that memorable saying that the hijab is incompatible with the times are very modern and sophisticated. 21st century in which we live is full of modern technology and all-free, so if we are wearing Islamic dress / headscarf then we will be out of date and old-fashioned (conservative). Because the decline of this verse is as told by Muqatil bin Hayan (in Tafsir Ibn Kathir) he said:

It was narrated that Aisha R.A. once said:

"May Allah have mercy on the first Emigrants woman when Allah Ta'ala down the verse:" And let them wrap the cloth hoods on their chest .. While the history of Ibn Abi Hatim more perfect with his sanad from Shafiyah Syaibah bint who said:
