How do Responding Women Who does not want to wear a hijab?

There is a question in a forum; What does the law in addressing wives are reluctant to wear the hijab? Please note that the Muslim women in the place we generally do not wear the hijab. What is your advice? May Allah reward you with goodness.

"Everything let treated with wisdom"

Let a believer treat it with wisdom. Let him preach that women are veiled, explaining the law, and explained that hijab is obligatory, and God had ordered him to hijab. Dalil obligation hijab in the Qur'an

Allaah says:

وَإِذَا سَأَلْتُمُوهُنَّ مَتَاعًا فَاسْأَلُوهُنَّ مِن وَرَاء حِجَابٍ ذَلِكُمْ أَطْهَرُ لِقُلُوبِكُمْ وَقُلُوبِهِنَّ (53) سورة الأحزاب

Likewise, the word of Allah Ta'ala:

وَلَا يُبْدِينَ زِينَتَهُنَّ إِلَّا لِبُعُولَتِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَائِهِنَّ أَوْ آبَاء بُعُولَتِهِنَّ.. الآية (31) سورة النــور

"And do not reveal their adornment except to their husbands, or their fathers, or the fathers of their husbands, ... (until the end of the paragraph" QS. An-Nuur: 31)

Likewise, the word of Allah Ta'ala:

يَا أَيُّهَا النَّبِيُّ قُل لِّأَزْوَاجِكَ وَبَنَاتِكَ وَنِسَاء الْمُؤْمِنِينَ يُدْنِينَ عَلَيْهِنَّ مِن جَلَابِيبِهِنَّ ذَلِكَ أَدْنَى أَن يُعْرَفْنَ فَلَا يُؤْذَيْنَ (59) سورة الأحزاب

"O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters and wives of the believers:" Let them garments over their bodies ". That is so they are easier to be recognized, therefore they are not disturbed "(QS. Al-Ahzab: 59)

The guide from obligation of hijab in the Hadith and the law covering the face

In Sahih Bukhari and Sahih Muslim, from 'Aisha radhiyallaahu' anha, that she said, "When I heard Safwan air-istirja '(say: إِ نَّا للهِ وَإِنَّآ إِلَيْهِ رَاجِعُونَ) in a battle alongside the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam, where it appears the words of those who likes to accuse; I cover my face.
